Shipping & Delivery
At this time, FAS1 SAFE, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States and Canada, not to any other International locations. Nor does FAS1 SAFE, LLC ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. International customers please email or call us and we will try to arrange shipping of your items.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. FAS1 SAFE, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
“Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.”
Sales Tax
FAS1 SAFE, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Warranties
Limited Warranties.
FAS1 SAFE, LLC does not warrant other manufacturers products sold online. The products are backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher only. Consult your product documentation for specific limited warranty information. FAS1 SAFE, LLC warrants to the end-user customer that the items manufactured by FAS1 SAFE, LLC will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. FAS1 SAFE, LLC will repair or replace any Product that does not meet the limited warranty. FAS1 SAFE, LLC may issue a credit as an alternative to repairing or replacing the Product. The decision to repair, replace or issue a credit is at the option of FAS1 SAFE, LLC. Repair, replacement or credit is the sole remedy of FAS1 SAFE, LLC for a Product that does not meet the limited warranty. If FAS1 SAFE, LLC is unable to repair or replace the Product, or provide credit to the customer, or if the limited warranty is found to have failed of its essential purpose, the exclusive remedy of FAS1 SAFE, LLC and sole liability in contract, tort or otherwise is the payment by FAS1 SAFE, LLC of actual damages in an amount not to exceed the amount paid for the Product.

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns for warranty consideration without an RMA number. Return Policy
FAS1 SAFE, LLC RETURN POLICY ALL ITEMS-
RMA Return Policy for online purchases.
Any unused, unopened item may be returned within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. The refund is for items purchased only.

To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund. An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. All returns must be shipped prepaid. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in the original, undamaged packaging. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days.
